I finally took advantage of the $50-off navigation upgrade for my 2017 RDX Advance. Things perked along with Disc 1. Then it asked for the Password, which is the Activation Code. Sorry, "Incorrect". After 10 tries of entering the 16-digit number I called the 1-866 number to their vendor and discussed everything with a young lady. She was so happy to generate a new number. Yay! Except it was the same as the old number. I drove around the block to see if the nav system was still operating OK. Then I called again. After a couple of sessions on hold where the rep asked others what to do, the answer was the dealer will have to fix it. Hmmm. BTW, all numbers matched so I did get the right upgrade kit.

Is that the only answer? The dealer? Am I the only one in the whole world with this problem? Can the dealer even fix it?
