Question Looking for Half-Din DVD Player for NAVI interface.

Hi All,

I have '03 TL-S w/NAVI, and I currently have my i-Pod connected through an audio interface and am now looking to integrate video in to my NAVI. I am going to get the NavTool interface and now looking for a DVD player. I want something really small, half din is the smallest I found so far. I have not finalized the location for it and have not seen anyone show any pictures of their install of the DVD player, my generation TL with NAVI does not have any room in the dash what so ever. I was thinking of trying to squeeze it just under the loose change drawer and sig. lighter. It would immobilize the change drawer but will still be able to open the sig. lighter if I need to use it for power. I am looking for suggestions on the DVD player and also any location/install tips you might have, pics are welcome. So far my winner is Eonon E0820, Compatible Format: DIVX/AVI/DVD/VCD/MP3/CD, Built In SD/USB Port and is 180 (L) x 173 (W) x 25 (H) mm.

Thanx,
Misha

why don't you just buy a D3. It has everything you need CD, NAVI, DVD, AVI and ipod ready. The ipod connection is right in front of the unit. So you can take it off whenever you want.

I did consider that, as financially it almost the same, but the thing about replacing the factory unit is, I have a NAVI and with non factory unit I will loos sound. Plus there is a hustle of finding a face plate/install kit to match existing. I really have no issues with factory unit.

i think i got it from sonic electronix or some other car audio website. i got the 4 year extended warranty. haven't had any problems with it at all. i love it. it's very clean looking, even has AV input on the rear so even cleaner install
