Install Day is Set!!!
Install Day is Set!!!
FINALLY!!! ever since March i've been sitting on system designs. Now, finally its all getting done for and finished. I just called SoundBlazers in Coral Springs today and spoke with the installer (Sammy, very nice man over the phone) and set the install day for next monday
!!! heres the recap of my old system and current system:
BEFORE: Installed by a friend and myself
-Alpine Type-S 6x9s
-Alpine Type-R Components (only tweeters installed)
-Alpine MRD-M500 (FOR SALE!!! $180 SHIPPED- PM me if interested)
-Alpine Type-R 12" Sub
-Monster (smaaallll) Wires
AFTER: Professional Installation
-Alpine CDA-9827 (custom installation under temp. controls)
-Alpine Type-R Components (100% installed, xovers and doors)
-Alpine Type-S 6x9s (still deciding whether i want to run them off the head unit or toss them all together)
-Dual 8" PowerMouse Subs (complete with amp rack and plexiglass cover)
-MTX Thunder895
-PAC SWI-X (for steering wheel control)
-Alpine KCB-121 (RCA iPod connection)
-Belkin Auto Charger w/GLI
-iPod Holder
-IXOS 4 Guage Wires
Im very excited to finally get a date set up!!! He quoted me around $340 for the install. I also asked to have a false wall built around my sub box so that its all flush with the rest of the trunk - should look very cool with the neon lit plexiglass cover. Im also debating whether or not to buy the remote for the iPod and have the PAC SWI-X learn those functions instead of the radio ones. I use my iPod 100% while im in the car, so ill probably just do that, of course now ill have to buy that remote too.
Ill have pics posted monday... lots of pics!
