man...that's the color i wanted!!! j/k! was thinking of getting the blue. just wanted to make sure the bulbs won't burst if i put it in the trunk with the sub.

 

It is safe. I dont think your sub will put out enough SPL to burst the glass tube and the neon bulb.

Those neons should not get cracked by SPL unless you have like 20 10'' subs that handle like 1000 Watts a piece and you are hitting like 170DBs. Then maybe I would be careful. They make neons that light up with the bass hitting, kinda cheezy, i just dont like the whole neon light thing, rather see strobies...

 

i got the neons....2 15 inch street glows. i want to use the wires connected to the trunk light. i can use those wires right? i won't blow any fuses?

 

Yes, I dont think you will blow any fuse. I use it to power 3 neon and 1 bulb. Just to be sure you know how the wires work.

The 2 wires are 12v constant when the trunk lid is closed. Once the trunk lip opens, one of them goes to ground. Good luck.

 

Just put the EZpass in the backseat down, and then hold down the brake. Look through into the trunk, and there ya go!! a RED NEON!! for FREE!!

 

they should be fine. I got one blue one in my trunk and it's find so far. It's bright. I got mine from my cousin who got it for me down in LA..for only 8 bucks i believe.
