Question how to watch video thru NAV?

Hi, I'm new to this whole thing (car, modification, forum...)

just got myself a TL-S and would really like to be able to watch stuff other than the NAV itself on that screen

is there anything that I can install/add-on/replace so I can switch between the NAV and other stuff whenever I want? :p

any advise/comment/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS

thanks, but I'm looking for the detail on how to do it.

...and I'm a little confuse, on one note it said the NAV is a pioneer, while someone elses say it's a alpine...

The NAV is Alpine. People have added Pioneer aftermarket nav units to their TL's because they decided at the time not to buy the navigation option.

To see how to do it, check this thread....

Exclamation could this be the confusion...

the stock navi is definitely alpine made, but adding video to the navi screen is done using a pioneer part (with some rigging).

there is a place in burlingame called Audio Images that's hella good at doing stuff like that. Give them a call, ask for Howard - he's the owner.
