HELP! CD stuck!!!

Can anyone help me? Please?
There is a CD stuck and it won't eject, as a matter of fact none of the 6 cd's will come out or play and its making a weird noise...Err1 comes on the screen and then it goes right to the radio.......Does anyone know what I can try to do without having to go to the dealer? This is the factory Bose in CL 2.3 2001.
Thanks

CL 2.3 2001

Is it still under warranty?

I would just take it to the dealer.

i had that shiet happen too many times... i fuckin hated the 6-cd changer and juss settled fer a different setup... from my experience, if you can't see the cd, ur best off holding down the eject buttom and waiting for a beep, and then all 6 cd's should eject

Do they make 2.3 in 2001?

try to take out the battery to see if the changer reset. Make sure you have the radio code and Navi code (if equipped).

I'm sure that he was trying to say 3.2. They stopped making the 2.3 CL in '99.

Yes it is a 3.2
I can't see the cd, I tried to hold the eject button down, but nothing happens. There is a noise and then it goes right to the radio after reading err1

I'll try doing this today. Otherwise, I'll just scrap the whole thing and settle for something worth like $5,000+ LMAO!
