Has anyone ordered from 12vToolbox.com?

I ordered a Metra double-din kit for when I replace the HU on my '02 TLS. I placed the order last Friday. I thought it would've arrived by now. I went on their website and there is no phone number, just an email addy. I sent them an email yesterday morning and still haven't heard back from them. I'm supposed to get everything installed tomorrow, but it looks like I'll have to postpone that. I'm a little bummed/pissed that they have sent me any notification other than the order confirmation from last Friday.

Anyone else order from them? If so, how did it go?

I ordered this from them because they match the color of the rest of the area - a charcoal type color. The installer only has black so I didn't want that.

thx!

I'm starting to worry. I put the order in last week. I paid through paypal. They sent me a confirmation letter but I haven't heard from them since. I emailed them twice, faxed them, but have gotten no response.

I got the link from a previous post. I believe it was the sticky one where you could replace the HU with keeping the stock sub.

Good thing it was only $30, but this is holding up my install...

here is their website. It certainly looks legit, but....

I'm sure you're fine. The sites that rip people off only have high end receivers, subs, amps etc.. They don't sell supplies..

I hope you're right. Their policy says they respond to emails within 12 hours. Its been 3 days now. No phone number on the site to call..

Why didn't you go to a local shop to get the dash kit? I'm sure they could have ordered the one you wanted and you probably would have had it faster with fewer headaches. Plus it probably would have been cheaper looking at their prices.

I went with them because the local shop only had one that was jet black and this one is supposedly painted to match the charcoal type color of the rest of the dash.

Did you call them and ask if they paint the kit to match the dash? Because I think after 2 weeks of waiting you are going to be disappointed. But then maybe that explains the high price.
