order some hoens. www.hoen-usa.com

i have a pair and it is good stuff. some other members on the board also have it.

alot of bimmer users use it to match their factory xenon color and it is a very good match.

I read somewhere that for foglights...the brighter or whiter the bulb is, the harder it is to see in the fog. The reason is because the white of the bulb reflects off of the fog which results in less visibility.

I have the Hoen bulbs as well. They are a nice color match. However, they are pretty useless up against the HID's.

Has anyone converted to HID's on the fog lights?

that is true

therefore hid's aren't too good in fogs..

however foggies aren't suppse to help u see better in foggie
conditions, but rather help others see u better....

Can you even do that? Never heard of anyone doing that, that would be awesome if you could though.

Also on the bulbs, are the fog lights H11? the Hoens look like the best so far and they look like the perfect match.

You can get the H11 HID kit from either www.proxenon.com or www.xenondepot.com.

they dont make a h11 hid kit. i already tried putting HIDs in the fogs. they glare way too much b/c they are not meant for that type of housing. it screwed up my cutoff so i switched back to halogens.

H11 bulbs looks like the (crappy old) 9006 bulbs. Does anyone know if they are the same thing?
