Flipout install we did where we retained the factory radio and it's functions...PICS!

I forgot about this one. We did this a while ago. It's a Pioneer flipout in an 02' TL where we mounted it above the factory radio and made a custom wood trim to blend it in.

works for me.

Looks good, at least you maintained the whole unit instead of just tyring to squeze the screen in the tiny space.

Looks like I'll be coming to you guys when I want audio/interior work done. You guys do good work and seems you have some creative ides.

too bad it blocks the a/c controls when out

well the loss of a/c functions is a tradeoff with any flip out screen. very nice install though. its sick.

well keeping the HU does give it a clean look, StreetEffectz do you still have those blackwood pieces that were made for the metra dash kit for sale?

Thatz hawt! I like that. I think it looks really good.

Sucks that he has to lose the a/c control. But at least the Pioneer decks have a button that will flip the screen down for 10 sec. and then put it back up.
