Double Din unit installed in Acura TL-S

Is it possible to put a double din unit in the space?

I know it looks like it will fit, but where do you get a face plate that matches and looks like it belongs?

I have a nice Alpine unit form the car I traded in, I't a few years old but still very nice. I wouldn't mind using it.

You need a custom made face plate for your unit also you might need some brakect to fit you HV inside your center console too. The best way I can think of is email "streetEffectz" for some more detail and I think he can make you any face place you want as long as you tell him what material and size you want so he can cut the right opening for you. Hope this help.

Thanks for all the idea's.

I talked to StreetEffects and know what I'm in for.

I just have to make up my mind. I have a nice Alpine system, but the face place is brushed aluminum, and if I put in in my all black TL-S, will that look weird? Or does it matter?

Anyone know if you can use the steering wheel controls on an aftermarket unit for anything?
