i dont no what best buy u shop at but im pretty damn sure they dont sell Diamond or JL. Some low end alpine but not xr components.
i think his list would be my exact list probably not including JL because i am more of a Diamond/Alpine fan.

considering how much bass you have and depending what kind of music you listen to would be driving factors to what components you should buy

sounds like more of an SPL set up than an SQ, so i wouldn't spend all TOO much
if you have a big budget:
seas lotus, Dynaudio, DLS?, Morel Isreal (not USA) haha
smaller budget:
CDT, RE

hertz is awsome price point for the type of speakers you are getting, well at least what we sell at our store. I mean the space series is absolutely amazing but obviously not necessary for us TL's CL's and TSX's but for bmw and mercedez and subaru, dynamic design with neodinium magnets mounted on top with super shallow mounting.
You really have to hear them in cars.
Their High Energy Series offers double surround on their woofers for twice the amount of excursion and tighter bass, as well as their ribbon dome tweeter for that smoother highs as appose to like MB's Titanium domes that are SUPER Bright and Super Sharp, high pitched.
I'd pick the Hertz any day because they sound awsome in all types of music, jazz, rock, r&b, hip hop, techno. The MB's you'll get too much tinny sound, unless thats what you like.

i dont really have a budget, i mean im willing to spend what i need to spend to do it right....theyres nothing worse than getting cheap and in the long run blowing speakers left and right....i know i have a loud ass bass setup so im looking for a badass component setup to keep everything even....mostly i will be listening to hip_hop/rap with the occasional rockNroll sets....
