Installing my D1 tomorrow, I need some advice on where to install the GPS antenna. TIA.

 

i remember street did a install and put the antenna inside the housing of the third brake light. you could see it from the outside of the car. good spot in my opinion. im not sure if tints can mess up the signal or anything but this way there is no tint there

 

any idea how to take apart the 3rd brake light? i think there use to be a thread about it, but i can't find it.

 

We do most of them on the dashboard now in the passenger corner.
