Question Custom install question

How do you create the template for a custom beauty bar that conforms to the sidewalls in the trunk? I want to have access to my spare, so the "face plate" will end where the trunk mat rotates up, but there are so many weird angles, I'm not sure how to tackle it. Here's the general idea:

(You have to copy and paste into your browser...stupid geocities!)

Does anyone have any tips for making those oddball ends?

Thanx,

Splitz

Idea

Last night I thought of using pipe cleaners to form the odd shaped sides and trace that onto the cardboard. I'll let you know if that works. Thanks for your help.
