MV1Luv, Those instructions are not going to get you a clean signal. There was a big fued about mercman posting up those false instructions. His harness actually has a small simple circuit in it that makes it noise free. I used his instructions only to get a noisy signal. It wasnt super noisy but noticible.

so i take it no one is mechanically inclined enough to test the wires from the factory amp?? there is only two plugs coming from the factory amp one is the output to the speakers and the other is the input to the amp from the head unit. if you want the speaker colors i can give them to you just let me know

It would be great if someone could provide the colors for the audio input to the amp. I am going to bypass the amp the correct way and run the audio signal into a line out converter made by audiocontrol but not can't find a clean wiring diagram for the bundle leaving the navi going to the amp. Any help?
