Can someone explain pinout for backup camera MDX 2007

Can someone please explain to me how to connect an aftermarket backup camera using oem wiring.
All useful stuff I found was for a 6 pin connection and they short camera sh and camera adpt for some reason that triggers the camera, but they are left with a dedicated video- signal and as you can see here I have only 4 wires to work with.
I'm at trial and error stage so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

So now on the camera end of things I got a weir actually 5 wires doing things and 3 extra wires doing nothing. Please see picture

That gray wire (mystery wire) shares the pin with a white wire video- aka camera sh and is an outer layer for the said 4 wires, like an antena cable has the ground wrapping around it. But visibly connects to nothing / doesn't ground anything, at least not that I can see.

And here you can see that the 4 wires connect to a ribbon cable and go inside the camera, but nothing visible as where that gray wire grounds, so to say. I know it's some kind of protection but if it doesn't connect to anything it just acts like an antena? I'm so confused right now.

I'm not an electrician but I know basic stuff and apart from these stupid arbitrary wire colors I can't wrap my head around it.
Thanks again
