Backup Camera Install - Reverse Wire

Where can i find the reverse wire so that i can tap into it for my backup camera install. I assume i can find it somewhere up front, without having to wire all the way to the actual tail light? Any detailed assistance would be appreciated.

If you're an automatic, you can remove the center console and expose the shifter control switch. Switch will have individual solder points and reverse would be second from top. Just follow that line

I just wired my aftermarket camera to the reverse light inside the trunk. It's not too difficult to run another wire back there along side the reverse camera input wires.

U can use splice the positive wire from the reverse light... i used that for camera power and reverse signal. you need to run the camera signal aux to the head unit anyways, so running this cable down the car is pretty simple if you do them together.
