If I can't afford my full install... Could i just have my new head unit installed without any problems with the bose speakers or anything...

yes, your new headunit will be compatible with your stock bose system, but you will lose the stock sub. All you need is a wiring harness that you connect to your aftermarket HU and plug into the wiring of the stock HU
