I`ve got a Dell laptop that had XP Professional, but had crashed due to a virus. So I called Dell and we re-installed XP. Everything works fine, except the stream video, that`s on the MSN home page. The page comes up,but nothing works when you click on it. And before, the playlist had the videos that were ready to play, now its blank.
I also added back on XP, Norton Security Professional. Idon`t know if it could be blocking the video or not, but I can play other players, realtime, Windows Media Player.. with no problem.
I have the same connection as I had before with Broadband, (Verizon) DSL. I downloaded most updates I could.
Anybody care to take a stab at this?
