Can`t Get Msn Video To Play On Xp
I`ve got a Dell laptop that had XP Professional, but had crashed due to a virus. So I called Dell and we re-installed XP. Everything works fine, except the stream video, that`s on the MSN home page. The page comes up,but nothing works when you click on the videos it. And before, the playlist had the videos that were ready to play, now its blank.
I also added back on XP, Norton Security Professional. Idon`t know if it could be blocking the video or not, but I can play other players, realtime, Windows Media Player.. with no problem.
I have the same connection as I had before with Broadband, (Verizon) DSL. I downloaded most updates I could.
Anybody care to take a stab at this?
