Bose 6-disc changer error message...

My buddy has a 2003 CL. His girlfriend gave him a "homemade" CD. He put it in the changer and everything was fine. Later the next day, he told me he couldn't get the CD out and it's giving him the message "ER-E1". We were trying to trouble shoot and we both think that the label on the "homemade" CD came loose in the changer since it was fairly hot out. Is there any way to Manually eject the disc, or does he have to take it to the Dealer and have them fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'll take that as an astounding no.

If you can see the edge of the disc, you can just put the edge of another CD over the top edge of the stuck CD and push gently down while it is trying to eject. It will come right out. If you can't see it, each time you turn the car on, press AND HOLD the eject button so it tries to kick out all 6 discs. I had one get stuck like that and I couldn't see it, but one day after repeatedly trying to eject it, it finally came in line with the door and I coaxed it out with another CD.
