Best audio input option for tsx with navi?
Best audio input option for tsx with navi?
I know its been discussed a million times.
But as of right now what is my best option to add audio inputs to my 05 tsx with navi?
I would like to keep the stock XM, but its not critical

forget about BlitzSafe
...I give up, I have heard enough complaints !
I also have a negative impression of BS in general based on how their site and forum is managed. so
Just placed order for this set:
P.I.E. - HON03-F/MM
P.I.E. - HON03/PC-SON
based on feedback from another 2004/Navi member
Anyone else using this and what is your TSX year ?

I did this with my 05, sounds great and was very cheap, no problems after months of use and no noise, sounds just like CD quality.

I read your thread but don't see any reference to AUX input adaptor.
So which product did you go with P.I.E ? Blitzsafe ? SoundGate ?
If you have xm, you don't need any adapters. In the passenger kick panel is a connector from the xm box in the trunk. Their are 4 wires you need to tap. L+, L-, R+, R-. If you cut these wires, and wire a relay or relays(depending on what you buy) you can toggle between 2 inputs. I have it so no power to the relay allows the factory xm to pass thru the relay and into the factory harness. When power is activated to the relay, it disconnects the audio wires from the xm box and sends the audio signal from the other device to the factory harness. Your radio's display will still show xm even though the audio is from your DVD, MP3 or game system.
