I am considering installing a compustar 2000 alarm/remote starter and was wondering if anyone else has one? What are your opinions of it?

I don't know about compustar, but I do have
an "autostart" in my 2000TL...it came with the car when I bought it from a Canadian guy. Useful? you may ask. I'll go for it. I noticed in the compustar website that the antenna is very similar to a two way radio used in the Police cruiser. Mine is better
simply because the antenna is installed at the front winshield and right behind the rearview mirror. You'll be hard pressed to notice it at all.

 

i have one. I got it for the long range of the remote. Clifford is better for security purposes.
