I FINALLY DECIDED ON BUYING THE OEM TRUNK MOUNTED CD CHANGER. IT WAS LIKE $600 INSTALLED. I THINK IT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY BUT I DIDNT WANTED TO INSTALL IT MYSELF.
NOW THE ONLY THINK I THINK MY CAR IS MISSING OVER A 2002 TL-P ARE THE MEMORY SEATS. STILL THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE $2500 OVER THE '01 A FRIEND OF MINE RECENTLY PAID JUST TO HAVE THE "NEW" FOR 2002 TL-P.

True the 2002 model has about 500 changes over 2000/2001 models. They changed the headlights I think the mirrors also put in more sound deadinig materials. I also think they changed some seals around the windows. I also heard radio reception is better I don't know what else they changed. I think also brakes & wheels also were changed. This is all on the 2002 TL model not Type-S.
