So i got a Kenwood DNX7140 installed a few months ago and the installer never hooked up the factory sub.. I've been pushing it aside for a while and now i want my bass back before my road trip to Jacksonville in 2 days.. is the Metra 70-1720T the correct wire for this or do i not even need to buy a wire at all? or what? some quick responses would be VERY helpful!!

Did either of you guys look in the large DIY/FAQ thread at the top of the page?

 

Yeah there's a DIY in there to obtain the factory subwoofer with an aftermarket HU. It's pretty simple to do i believe.
