No Gauges, No Blinkers, No windows after stereo removal

Trying to keep as short as possible:
Low sound volume & quality with high end after market speakers (installed by previous owner).
Removed stereo & Navigation screen to see if everything was hooked up behind there b/c I found that the rear speakers were not wired to anything & the factory amp was bypassed. What I found was a wiring nightmare! Someone LITERALLY spliced EVERY SINGLE WIRE on EVERY SINGLE PLUG! One wire up top not attached to anything, and another wire, attached to the stereo harness was spliced to another of unknown origin then back to the same one it was coming off of!??! Overwhelmed with what I saw, I decided to just put it all back for now do some more research. Well, now I have no dash lights (except for a moment when I turn the car off, the lines light up). No blinkers, but the hazards work. Windows don't work with the door buttons, but they do work with the key/door locks. Windshield wipers don't work with the knob, but I found that if I put the knob into the on position, then pull up on the arm a bit as if to move them manually, they will move themselves & complete one wipe cycle. All fuses have been checked. Not sure about which relay is even related under the hood. And side note- the Navi screen has just said "please check your disc" since I bought the car. So if there's some kind of diagnostic procedure that is supposed to come up there, I don't think it will show up. I'm new to Acura/ Honda. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

did you check all fuses??????????
perhaps the MICU has shorted out???

the "please check navi disc" is a common problem that signifies the death of the dvdrom in the trunk

Yes, fuses were the first thing I checked. Not concerned with the Navi disc message. It's an unrelated issue. What is the MICU? And how do I find out if that's the problem?
