Everytime I partially lower any of the side windows on my 2008 TL Type S, it leaves a line "mark" where the window was lowered to....I can clean it off with window cleaner, but would rather figure out how to fix the problem (minor as it may be). I even tried cleaning the pieces the window rests against when partially closed. Didn't solve the problem.

Anyone else experience this? I bought the car used. Does not have any tint on windows. Appreciate any suggestions....

 

if you're talking about the inside of the window, that trim piece can be replaced. Probably one of those things that you keep cleaning it and it keeps coming back. Remove the inner door panel and it just slides out

 

Well I never knew that you could open up the windows using the keyfob. Learn something new everyday, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
