2002 Accord coupe installation instructions

anyond have instructions on how to install a head unit? I'm gonna hook my girls ipod up to her accord this week and wanted some instructions before I go in and start breaking shit

I don't have any specific instructions but it's always work from the center console up.. I'm positive the center console needs to come out to access the head unit.. It should almost be somewhat similar to your CL..

my CL I have to pull out the whole center console, armrest etc. I'm hopeing I don't have to do that

jonesi, I think the accord is significantly different because they have that HUGE cubby hole underneath the radio. I'm gonna mess around a little today. It looks LIke I actually may just have to pull the face plate off and may be able to access it from there, cause the dash if I remember correctly is one solid piece where the console couldn't come off of it.

it is super easy, just make sure when you are popping the notch out near the clock that you cover the screw driver in a cloth or electric tape to prevent any scratches...


30-45 min job if you have done it before, but I want to say I needed an antenna extender on my 01 coupe, I can't remember...
