I had my Parrot CK3100 Bluetooth kit installed this weekend by Sound Advice "Tweeter" in Jacksonville Florida and when the phone rings the tweeters and the 6x9's wont mute but the door speakers will mute. Any ideas? I had the installer insert the mute wire on the parrot ck311 into Pin #14 on the 20 pin HU harness.

Hm. I don't think your installer was competent or he wouldn't have rolled the car that way.

I suspect that the mute input isn't working at all, and that you are hearing the Parrot's ability to interrupt speakers on the two front speakers - depending on how your wire it, it will disconnect the F speakers from the radio/amp before sending Parrot audio to the speakers.

What he should have done, if he had any compentence, and he couldn't get the mute input working on your car, was break the OEM amp turn on wire with a relay, thus effecting mute, and then everything would be fine.
