05 TSX Alternator Amp Rating?

05 TSX Alternator Amp Rating?
I just bought a new 05 TSX 5MT last week - love the car. I'm transplanting the following amps from my other car and am not sure if the stock alternator/battery setup will handle it. Here is what I have:
2x150 watt sub amp (MTX)
4x50 watt (also MTX, will be used for front components)
I have a 1 farad Capacitor, but honestly do not know how this will effect the total load on the TSX's electrical system.
So my question is: what is the stock alternator amp rating, and if anyone knows without doing the math with it support those two amps with the capacitor?
