Based on the last time we tried a meet-
Just a simple place to meet- look at other cars and mods- maybe get a ride in someones car to see if you want to get the same shocks they have, and done!
With the temps being 100++ lets just have a morning get together and eliminate the whole- what do I bring- he forgot his stuff- party crashers bring nothing....
What happened to this weekend??- the original date- I am asking to move it to sunday because something for saturday came up right after I has suggested saturday doh!

Yeah I'm down with the 18th, she'll probably end up with another baby later on. haha Plus I want to see your guys cars too... I have no mods yet... Sucks, but its ok....

So...... it's lookin like Aug 18th at Elk Grove Park. meet and greet and check out each others rides and go from there. What is a good time for everyone to set this up at? I'm thinkin 10-11ish. If you think it should be earlier ( or later) chime in. We'll come up with the best time.

i think 11 or 12 will work. that is the time that most meets iv been to start. so are we jus going to meet at a certin place at the park? or what there was a few good places. did we want a place with table and a bbq pit or no?

i dunno about a specific place. i think when we will see a bunch of acuras, then thats probably gonna be us. but the first person there can find a nice place. maybe with some good scenery around incase some of us wants to take some pictures. then i guess you can open the hood up, i got that from someone on here, and then acuras will suddenly gather around from across the land. lol
as for time, the later the better for me. then i can sleep in.

well if u go in the front gate and go all the way down almost to the end there is a nice little spot there. if we get there was can also find another spot to park.

. My car doesn't have any "major"mods either, but I'll show up all the same (with some eggrolls maybe). I'd like to meet other folks in the AZine Community & check out the cars & maybe get some more info.

1130 sounds good. so 1130 on the 18th i suggest we drive in and jus drive straight back and there is a decent parking area near the back on the right by some baseball diomands.

11:30 would be good. I guess we just drive in & go to the back like "carcrazyboy68" said. That way it'll be easier to know where everyone would be. By the way, I'm a big coffee addict (as you see from my avatar), so would anyone know if there's a java place close by. Reason I'm asking is because I'll be coming from San Jose & I haven't been to the place where the meet will be going on.

You guys from out of town dont realize how scorching hot it gets here- fast!
Best to meet while still bearable- if you say, meet between 10 and 11
with 12 as leave the area for drive or go on your own way- thats realistic
Try to get a bunch of parking in a park on a saturday- riiiiiiiiight
bring only your own travel snacks and lots of water
Enter Starbucks in gps and there will be a choice of locations for the java crowd

If you have other suggestions as far as another spot to meet up, check out the rides & possibly go for a drive afterwards then for those that want to do that, sounds like fun!
Bringing your own food/snacks whatever is cool too, but if anybody would like to share what they've brought, that's up to them.
Can't enter "starbucks" on gps because my car doesn't have one.
I guess will have to do the obvious & just have to look around a bit & see what's available within the area.

I have to do my god dam CPR and first aid training on the 18th.... SO i can NOT come.. I work 2 saturdays a year and it happens that this is one of them!!!

time is not a problem with me. now its the date. turns out i have a wedding to go to that day. man, my hopes are dashed again. so if you guys could change the date, maybe a weekend back or ahead. otherwise im out. man i was looking foward to this cause i didnt go to the last one in april. and this was gonna be my acurazine debut.
