hrm, actually.. after looking at google maps more closely of the area, if your coming up 146 from the providence area, you don't even have to worry about rt 20. Right after you pass under the mass pike (i-90) you take your first right, then another right and that swings you around and you'll pass back over 146 and the commuter lot will be on your right

thanks guys... so more or less get off the exit then make a right into the lot befor you get to rt 20
if someone has the name of the exit so i dont miss it... like the exit number or is it just named rt20 west

Wil, since you're from the area, is the main gate closed ??
I probably should add this to first post...
and change the pic to the "boats and additional parking gate", right ??
I probably should add this to first post...
Oh also add that the main entrance will be closed....to enter the park we have to go thru the 'boat loading' entrance..this will lead to the main parking lot that we will be using.

If there are no deep gouges in the lip (yellow marks are only on top of clearcoat), you might be able to rub that out with a fine compund by hand. Have you tried rubbing the marks off with your thumb?
No rain , my TL-S is allergic to rain.

uhm that was a trick my father has used but that was also on older cars with older stronger paint... todays weaker paints may not hold up as well... just look at how easy it can chip...
i would say go with the rubbing compound and then reapply wax to the area after cleaning... that should do the job... it took care of all the scuffed up area after someone had rubbed up on my rear bumper in a parking lot... sure the parts where the paint got scratched off are still there but the white scuffed areas were rubbed away...
i think it should do a good job cleanin up your lip...

i used the 3m stuff, my cousins who do autobody in california got me the bottle, worked well for me... i am sure other people have their opinions though...
dont use too much though, you can damage the clear coat and paint...

Well, I guess the Hopkinton Newspaper really did advertise the meet for us. I had sent them an email awhile back and conversed with the editor, but I didn't think anything came out from it. Well, I just found this:
http://www.hopnews.com/2006_calendar/april_2006.htm
I also did a google on my name and Hopkinton and I guess he had actually wrote a whole thing on the meet, but it must of been a week or so ago because its not on the website anymore. I emailed the editor notifying him that the location had changed because the park wasn't open yet. I also mentioned that we'd have another one in Hopkinton at the end of the summer.

Should we start another list of who is coming rain or shine??? I took off work so have no choice now but to go...
I'm there rain or shine....HATE RAIN!!!!
Also a list of where folks are meeting before and times. The thread has gotten so long I think we need to do some re-grouping and see where we're at.
I'm still planning on going to Newton HS if people are still going to meet there. Just trying to get an idea. Both my friend and I are each driving about 2 hrs to go so want to make sure folks will still be there.
