Dead head unit?

I was driving today when my nav/radio screen went blank. It’s black and on my tach it shows a microphone. Re-starting the car did nothing. Anyone know how to reset your head unit?

Well, I fixed it. In case anyone else runs into this problem, you can fix it by disconnecting your battery and letting it sit for 30 mins (to make things easier, unlock your doors and leave your trunk open - I made the mistake of not doing either, haha - and to fix that get the key out of your fob and unlock the door with it and there is a trunk release under a cover on your rear deck lid)

I did have to stop the car, open the door, close it and let it sit for a minute to clear out all the safety feature errors it showed upon initial startup.
