Audio/Infotainment Issues

Just purchased a CPO 2021 A-spec with just under 2500 miles and within the first week, I've noticed some audio issues. Sporadically when playing music (can be either Apple Car Play, Sat or FM) there is sometimes static noise coming out of the forward speakers. Sounds horrible and is random at best. I took the car to the dealer and they haven't heard of this issue yet; am I the only one? Sure hope the reset they did solves this but gut tells me that may not be the case...

Congrats and welcome to the group. I've had my '21 TLX for 8 weeks now and have not had any audio issues like you are describing.

Good luck!

Perhaps you have a blown speaker? It's important you get the dealer to replicate this since you have the warranty under the CPO.

If not a speaker, it could also be the antenna that sits on top of the car towards the rear roofline.

I also have audio issues with mine. I have the ELS 17 speaker. it sounds static and just not right. My 11 speaker bose in my previous car sounded better than this at the moment. My APC also does not like to work. it is either grayed out (with my phone plugged in) or crashes often.
