help identifying a part

hey guys new to the forum,

I recently changed the battery in my 2015 tlx after it died completely, and went through the process of rebooting radio and such. all the fancy features werent working and i ended up finding a blown fuse (back up fuse to be exact), which fixed all my issues so far. In my hunt for this fuse i came across this black box. What is it? i cant seem to find any info on it online. i started pulling it up thinking it had more fuses under it, but it was a long solid block. upon clicking it back down my 4 ways flashed quickly. did i mess anything up by touching that. everything seems to run fine after replacing the back up fuse but i just wanted to know what this part was.

thanks in advance
