I am trying to replace my AC compressor and took the compressor out just fine. The new compressor kit does not come with this part that sticks off of the old compressor so I tried loosening the two tiny bolts to take it off. One is completely stripped and will not come off. I am going to have to buy a new one and the bolts so I can connect it to the new one.

I have spent two hours online trying to figure out what this is called or how to buy one and I cannot find ANYTHING about it anywhere.
