Transmission Dipstick reading confusion

Hi all, recently picked up an 07 TLS 5AT (I don't how to drive stick QQ) and did its first 3x3 with DW-1. Everything went smoothly, went to turn the car onto let it warm up to operating temp, turn the car off, wait 60 secs and then measured it. Though I am having trouble coming to a conclusion as to whether the fluid is at a normal level or if it requires a top off. Is the fluid supposed to be a solid color (like the tip of the Dipstick) all the way up to the hatches or gradient its way up to it like mine? The gradient I am talking about can be seen in the pictures and I added an arrow as to where the fluid reaches due to the reflection. Both sides of the DS reach to same level repeatedly every time I go read it. I tried searching for a clear answer but cant seem to find it, just want to make sure whether I am reading it right as this is my first Acura/Honda. Thanks!

Hard to see in pic, but fluid level should be the same front/rear.
Wait a couple of minutes after shutting down and give it a try.

The reason the fluid appears, more red, at the bottom of the stick, is that is where it has accumulated, 'ie' pooled. Perfectly normal. For a more accurate reading, pull the dip stick, part way out of the tube, than wait a couple minutes. than check it. By pulling the stick a few inches out of the tube, prior to checking the level, it will allow air to enter the tube, and help drain, residual fluid, from the bottom of the tube, providing a more accurate read.
