I recently purchase a 2015 Acura tlx 4cyl tech. I tried to connnect my iPhone XS Max to the Bluetooth. However when I go to do so there’s a promt that states that the Bluetooth in the car is turned off when I go to turn it back on it gets stuck on this particular screen. Also the USB port doesn’t recognize any of my friends phones or mine. Frustrating but the only way to play music is through pandora or aux cord. Can anyone help me? The dealership wants $174 an hr Just to take it apart plus what it cost to fix it?

Always make sure you are using an original Apple/Samsung cord, not an aftermarket one when being plugged in otherwise it may not work

Regarding the bluetooth i don't know, but just remember if you plug it in

I realize I'm a little late on this, but when this happened to me it was a simple fuse. Under the dash Fuse "D" labeled "Back up". Hope this helps.
