Cheap Way of Adding Bluetooth To Your Car To Stream Music
Step 1) Purchase a Cassette Adapter which goes in to the deck in the car and has an AUX at the other end.
Step 2) Purchase a Bluetooth streaming adapter which you will then connect to the cassette adapter aux end.
Step 3) Pair the bluetooth adapter to your phone and enjoy!

This is what I use - $35 on Amazon, recommended by a friend who's had it for two years. Links up automatically once I turn the ignition, and you can still use HFL to take/make calls (reverts automatically to music when you end the call). Couldn't be happier with it.
