On balance, no....the TLX has the edge in assembly quality but the Charger has some nicer trim pieces (for example, real metal paddle shifters)

and NVH levels,
Again, no..the Charger and Challenger (especially V6) are extremely quiet and with a smooth ride...

long term reliability etc,
On average, yes, Acura as brand has definitely the edge there but the Charger has been historically fairly reliable.

The V6 trims of Charger and Challenger actually are quite smooth riding..especially the Charger....

KIA is actually targeting smart luxury buyers but let's be honest very few that are in the market for an A5 Sportback which is a lot more $$$ will actually buy a KIA instead.
i have a $70,000 BMW 540. I can buy a new Kia Optima Stinger GT2 or Genesis G70 for under $45,000 with discounts and incentives right now. That is a car that literally has more features and almost identical performance as my 540. My car is a two year old 2017 with low miles and excellent condition. If I trade it right now I will lose about $30,000 on it (when I got it I bought it for $66,000 which was the best you could do as it was just a few months into the new generation). I’ll bet the Kia and Genesis will be worth at least $15,000 in two years, and I will have spent $20,000 less up front. And I actually would probably keep the Koreans longer as they have better quality and a longer warranty.

People tend to confuse resale percent with resale dollars. I’m not saying I’m going to do it. I freely admit that when it comes to cars, I am a bit of a snob as cars are my passion. But being retired now, nothing is off the table.
