Anyone BUY one/take delivery yet?
All Atlanta dealers have them - and I confirmed that whoever comes in with cash will get one.
Does anyone actually have one?
Looking to replace parents' 2005 TSX. Narrowed down to Mazda 6, Audi A3, and TLX.

My preferred dealer here in Cleveland has six in stock, all P-AWS: two base, two Tech, two Advance.

Just checked on line with Acura of Boston and they are showing 8 on hand. All have P-AWS, 6 have the Technology Package, 1 has the Advanced Package and 1 has neither.

Thought sure by now there would be at least 3 posts of members sharing their experiences and pictures of their new car after taking delivery. Guess most on this forum haven't found the time to take a test drive, or those who have are simply just underwhelmed. Or maybe their dealer just didn't have the color/trim they would've liked. Perhaps most are waiting a little longer until first year bugs have been worked out. Or waiting for deals to be had a few months down the line.

Rallye Acura in Roslyn is supposed to have a few V6's w/Tech in by the weekend. They won't have any in SSM/Ebony, but expect that color combination in September.
I'm going to go over on Saturday to take a test drive, and I'll probably order one.

Sweet video rb54. Can't believe you're running it that hard with only 50 miles on it though.....lol! Give us your impressions of the car overall. Would love to read what you have to say about it.

Really like it overall. Stlying looks great in person.
Steering weight is good, definitely more "German" feel to it. Transmission is pretty smooth- 9speed does decent job finding right gear and not hunting. Some negatives: Not sure if I like push button shifter yet. Wish advance package came with panoramic moonroof. No theigh extender on seat, poor lateral support and feels a little thin.
Some of the safety features got pretty annoying...had to turn off collison warning as it would go on when passing a semi on highway.

Engine sounds good! Car has some nice acceleration.
Looks like it will cruise at 70mph at 1500rpm in 9th gear.

I took delivery of a V6 Tech, BWP/Espresso, on Friday. Will try to get a review out this weekend. I liked my 2010 TL very much but I can say this is better in every way. The interior specs may say it's smaller but in the areas it counts, it seems just as roomy and overall it has a feeling that envelops you more in the driving experience. The new espresso is sweet. Very quiet interior. No complaints on handling, shifting and overall driving experience.

Three Wheelin'
I got a call from Acura of Pembroke Pines yesterday afternoon. They are expecting several in the next couple of days. Not sure if I have time to make the 3-hour drive this weekend but hope to test drive in the next couple of weeks.

That's where I pre-ordered mine from a couple weeks ago. No exact ETA but was told the same, they are expecting 5 any day now, they don't know which ones though. I find it odd though that A) after a couple weeks there's no ETA on mine and B) they have no idea which cars they're receiving this week. At least I have my order in, and my saleperson is cool. I Before ordering from Pines, I called other dealers in the area. One said "we aren't getting any silver cars, can't order for you, sorry" the other never bothered looking into the Advantage program when I said I wanted to pre-order for the incentives, and said they'll call me when they get some in.

My dealer has a BWP/Espresso Advance FWD and a Graphite/Ebony Tech FWD. Going to go see and drive them this weekend.

FYI - I just heard from Acura Carland (Duluth, GA) that their TLX's were held up by a train or railway issue.
It's only supposed to add a day or two but who knows.

This happened to me when Fits were starting to roll out. Sometimes if they are in their system as being allocated for that dealership they will put them on the internet as being at the dealer.

I went to check on my car getting serviced and while in the service bay, a graphite TLX rolled in. Perfect timing. Apparently it had just arrived. Lol. They also had a black copper 4-cylinder on the lot I checked out, as well. I was in a hurry, and still am undecided, so I didn't ask about test drives. This was at Goodson Acura in Dallas, btw. I'd call and ask if they're available to be seen before heading over there.

I feel the need...
Got a call from sales manager last night to come in and take a test drive. Might do it today since a golf outing wrapped up early. Probably won't be an early adopter on the TLX, but I'm maintaining a good relationship with him because I want first crack at an NSX, that and he's actually a very cool guy, not your typical sales manager.

It's been like this for years. I believe when the cars come off the train, they are 'clicked' into inventory. If there is additional transit time, such as transporters or in our case, a boat, it is not reflected.

I've been looking for some pictures of the Black Copper Pearl with the Espresso interior. None have arrived yet in Denver (soon, tho from what I'm told).
I did some searching -- found a dealer in Columbus, OH that has 6-cyl version in the combo. Has their own pictures up if anyone is interested:
CLICK: Acura Columbus OH
I'll wait to reserve judgement for in person. Pictures all too often screw with the color.

Hi, my first post here as an Azine member.
Ordered a white/greystone v4 Tech yesterday. Delivery doesn't happen until the 16th. This was at John Eagle Acura in Houston TX.
I have one question to other more knowledgeable Azine members out there: I'm considering upgrading to 18" wheels/tires pkg since the OEM 17" just looks so atrocious. Since the price to upgrade is about 3100 without installation, I was wondering if I could do this: wait until delivery then tell finance of my intention to upgrade. Won't this force the dealer to buy back the OEM wheels, thus recouping some money in the process?

I don't think you can force that on the dealer since it's an option. The only thing you could do is have it added to the price of the car. Now, you might be able to talk them into giving you a bit back on the stock wheels... worth a try. If they won't do it, ask Sterling McCall

My 4G TL was not SHAWD. Visually the rear leg room appears to be similar but likely a bit smaller. Hard to compare as I have never rode in the back. I gave the new one a try just now and it was comfortable for me but I am 5' 10". My guess is that a 6 foot driver and a 6 foot rear passenger would have their knees touching the seat.

Thanks. That's a great color combo. Interior looks terrific.

I'm picking up my Black/Black V6 Advance on Saturday. I drove a V6 today and liked it very much. I'm coming from an '04 TSX so it's a significant upgrade for me. My dealer said that two other people are taking delivery of their TLX on Saturday too.
