Is the alarm actually armed? If the circuit for the alarm is open, you won't get the chirp. Years ago we had an issue where the driver's side, rear door lock actuator failed. Accordingly the alarm wasn't arming and we weren't getting the chirp.

Does the alarm light near the steering column blank? If it's not blinking then the harness connection at the bottom of the steering column near the gas pedal may have come out. I've seen it a few times before happen so check that also.

Still sounds like the alarm circuit is open. May not be a door lock issue. Do you see the flashing alarm light as DouglasM asked above?

My 2020 did the same when one of my power lock actuators broke. See if one of the power locks is not actually locking (eg leave the key far away and try to open all the locked doors).
It isn't liking something when it attempts to arm the alarm. Lock is the most common but anything like broken door-open sensors could be the culprit.
