I hear a noise on the front of the car around the engine small rattle like if you leave a quarter on top of the engine and rattles all over the place or a lose washer it only happens around 2k to 2.5k RPM. Any ideas?

lift the car up and take a rubber mallet and hit the j-pipe

 

All try that when I get a chance
Also there's a rattling noise coming from the ceiling of the car right behind the sun roof if I hold it with my hand it stops is there a fix for this?
