2009 acura tl sh awd,
when driving is S mode, and only when paddle shift is triggered, as long as speed is enough to use 3rd gear, when you stop and just before stop, as gears downshift automatically to 1, is makes 2 clicking noise and vehicle jerks as noise is produced.
i took it to the dealer and they say its normal, please tell me those who drive 09 sh awd do you guys have the same symptom????
also cold shift 1st to 2nd gear makes excessive shock, the easier u go on gas the harder the shift is, but it drives perfect when warm, that clicking noise is present no matter cold or warm.

 

How many miles?

I would start with a tranny 4X3 drail and fill. Old fluid will give similar symptoms.

 

it has 97000 km, but this does not happen on D or S mode without triggering M mode. Ill get a chance to do 4X3 drain and fill.
