Hello!

Anyone experience a rattle coming from the passenger side vent? Seems to only happen when it's colder out, if I put my finger on the dash right between the vent and the defroster vent it completely stops.

Not sure how to proceed, anyone able to fix it?

Are you sure it's the vent? Sometimes the silver trim piece below the vent (above the glove box) will rattle; sometimes the shelf inside the box will rattle if not seated properly, especially after a cabin filter change. Try those - they might actually be the source of the noise.
