Hey guys, so I've had this annoying rattle/buzz coming from the B-pillar. I removed the covering and though it was the seat-belt adjuster. I tried greasing it and padding it with no luck. Last night I removed the adjuster and drove it and the rattle/buzz is still happening. It seems to be from stress in the frame going over road that is less than freshly paved. Has anyone experienced this? I was thinking of maybe taking a rubber mallet and beating the gremlins out. I just have no idea what it could be, sort of a higher-pitch buzz.
I had something similar- make sure it's not from outside the car (specifically, the plastic rocker panel under the doors)- mine was rattling for about 2 years before I found it, then used some 'camper tape' from Home Depot to buffer the plastics from the underside of the car- worked like a charm. Rattles can be very frustrating, but it may be something easy to find.

Thanks, I'll take a look. I did mess with the passenger side side skirt/panel some time back. Yeah, it's supper annoying because it's loud and right in my ear.
That's exactly the same sound I had in mine (sounds like a Geiger counter)- it was speed related (roughly 35 mph on up) and it was related to the plastics of the rocker panel on the passenger side- it can also be from the 2 pieces of the rocker rattling against each other. Try to buffer the pieces against the bottom of the car so that they're somewhat tight against the bottom of the car (if you can grab the rocker panel plastics and move them easily, that's the issue). Once I buffered mine using the camper tape as a spacer, I never heard the rattling again. The right way to do it is to take the rocker off the car, replace the thin black foam spacers and reinstall. I did it to both sides of the car and it's silent on the road. Otherwise, you'll be spending a great deal of time disassembling the inside of the car and never find the source (I know because I did).

Good luck.
Seems to be my issue. Do you have a specific product you used? I know what you're talking about but trying to find something online to order.
Make it easy on yourself- go to Home Depot and look in the area where weatherstripping is sold. It's typically a tape that's 3/4" x 5/8" (like a rubber tape- made by WeatherKing I believe), and what you do is cut it into small squares- I put them in the areas where the original thin rubber spacers were and also placed some underneath the car where the small plastic push pins push into the holes in the bottom of the car- it doesn't need to be insanely tight but should be snug when you try to move the side skirt.
Hopefully, this will be the end of your rattle. To take the skirts off, take off the 3 screws at the front and back of the skirt, then use a little force to pull them off the car- to replace, slide the 2 pieces of the side skirt together, push them into place, and replace the screws. Not too hard to do.
So probably a little overboard but I made sure to pad every single touchpoint or perceived touchpoint. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick. I noticed when I close my driver's door there's a little sound from the window maybe not sitting tight in the door. However, driving down the road, I opened the door enough for it to clear the pillar and the rattle is still there which leads me to believe it's coming somewhere else.
I did exactly that ^^...sorry it didn't work for you. Did you also pad the areas around the pushpins under the plastic sill? Mine are rock solid against the body of the car.
