Hello friends,
Before i try to replace the knock sensor, is there anything else this could be? Also does anyone have a link showing how to replace myself? Cheers

 

the knock sensor is buried underneath the intake manifold and it's runners...
bad place for a sensor because all the heat from the engine will make the plastics brittle.

remove intake manifold.
remove intake manifold runners.
and you'll see the knock sensor.

it could be broken from the aforementioned heat.
or it could be broken from a rodent.
the only way to tell is to dig right in.
