Replaced O2 Sensor Now Getting P0131 Code

2001 Acura CL S-Type rough idle when stopped / intermittent stalling while driving. Threw P0131 code. Replaced upstream and downstream sensors. Ran great for a week and now it's throwing P0135 code "O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor". Rough idle, trouble turning over, and stalling again. I'll clear the code, let it cool off and it drives great again. Any ideas?

This should be a sticky I tried Bosch and failed as gnuts probably remembers. I don't think I got any codes but the car ran worse.
There must be a lot of others.
