P1054 code

Hey guys, my 2006 TL just threw a P1054 code today. I looked up the code and it seems like it has something to do with the APP sensor. Yesterday I tightened up with cable running to throttle body to improve throttle response cause the cable had quite a bit a slack. I wouldn't say I tightened it enough to cause a problem though. This past weekend I also cleaned out the throttle body and replaced the intake hose. Do any of you think this could be causing the problem or is there something else? The code mentioned a BBV sensor but I'm not sure what that is

So I pulled a dumb dumb and didn't even read the code description on scanner before I googled the case. The description says "O2 sensor circuit no activity detected Bank 2 Sensor 1". I'm assuming I need to check the wiring around the O2 sensor and may have to replace the O2 sensor. I was doing some research and found out that our cars have an upstream and downstream sensor? Not sure which one I would need to replace though

FIREWALL
bank2 (cylinder 4,5,6):
sensor 1 sensor 2.
bank1(cylinder 1,2,3):
sensor 1 sensor 2.
RADIATOR

so your code is calling for the 2nd bank or head that houses cylinder 4,5,6 and I believe the upstream 02 sensor.

After doing a bunch of research I've found out that the B2S1 is the front air flow sensor. I believe that would make it and upstream sensor. Apparently our cars have 4 O2 sensors. Anyway, I took a picture if the sensor I believe I'm having issues with. Now I just have to find the right part number.

Hey did you change your B2S1 upstream O2 sensor? And if so did it remove the P1054 code? Thanks in advance since I just had the same code appear.
