You mean those black things which cover up everything but the engine and stuff?
Did you ever, ever, ever look in the manual?

You guys are being rather rough on the OP. He's obviously a new owner and looking for experienced owner's to chime in with some tips. I've read the manual and on this issue, it just plain sucks. Here's a quote "Remove the right and left engine compartment covers by sliding them apart." WTF does that mean? Slide them apart from what? Each other? They don't touch each other! It's just stupid wording. How do the damn clips work? Just pull them apart? If you've ever had to buy Honda/Acura clips before, you know that they're about $5 a piece. I'm with the OP on this one - tell us how to do it without busting the clips. If it's as easy as yanking them off, tell us and we'll considered ourselves helped rather than just insulted.

Check all my posts, I always attach instructions if I can find it. I did look through the service manual that I downloaded on this site but couldn't find the detailed instruction to "Remove the engine compartment covers". All I found was the instruction straight from the manual.

If you manage to get it out, here's the instruction on how to replace coolant

just because I like to put smiley in my posts doesn't mean there's any insult here

Hey Fellas,

I removed the front bulkhead/radiator cover and noticed a couple of the engine strikers were stuck to the fasteners. How do we separate the striker from the fastener? 91547-TZ5-A02 from 91548-TZ5-A02

Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry guys, I've asked this question in the wrong community. I'm still new and trying to figure out how to delete my post. hahaha.

Figured out solution by using simple plastic trim removal tool and making sure your thumb blocked the fastener from launching out from the grommet. Here in tell was my Capt Morgan moment. Cheers folks.
