Funky Noise on startup

I have a 2013 Acura TL. It has over 250k miles. Most times when I start it up it makes this noise, almost like a blast of air?

Any thoughts & fixes?

Initially sounded like starter was still engaged after it turned on. It could be a sticky throttle body maybe? Any other issues or codes?
